Luxord's Powers
Most of this is just me trying to work out how the hell Luxord's powers should work. IN the games, to say the least, their operation is confusing as fuck. Of all the Organization members, his powers are the most enigmatic.
Each Organization member has an element, and Luxord's element is ostensibly Time; however, the ONLY way in which this manifests in an obvious manner is in Luxord's boss battle in Kingdom Hearts II. There, he "bets" a certain amount of time, and forces Sora to do the same. He also traps Sora's companions in a time pocket so that it becomes a one on one battle. During the battle, certain actions the player takes can reduce either his or Luxord's time by sometimes significant degrees. There is no way to get the time back.
Luxord's cards have unique capabilities. Firstly, he is able to telekinetically control them to deal damage, changing their size and shape to attack people with them; they can also move on their own. Second, he can place traps within the cards. During his "game" with Sora in KHII, Luxord creates cards that are either blank or have bombs in them; these can be flipped, and also attack on their own. He can also hide himself among his cards.
Luxord can rapidly attack Sora with dark energy, however, Sora can choose the Reaction Command "Begin Game", which will flip up a series of cards. If Sora chooses the wrong card, he is trapped in a card or a die, the correct card stuns Luxord and significantly depletes his time bar.
In 358/2 Days, like all Organization members, Luxord has pretty much the same abilities as Roxas, save for his Limit Break and his Resistance. Luxord is resistant to Time, naturally; in this case, meaning that enemies cannot level drain him. His Limit Break is similar to his attacks in II, in that he summons one or two cards, and begins essentially a roulette with them. Choosing the correct symbols deals massive damage; choosing wrong either hurts him or does nothing.
So what does this all mean?
I think Luxord's relationship to Time is more about probability than time manipulation. His use of Time more has to do with setting time limits and betting on the odds of certain events occurring, thus, for him it's more about knowing the odds. While he can clearly manipulate time to a degree (using what essentially amounts to a Doom spell on himself and Sora; using a modified Stop on Sora's companions), he seems to prefer treating it as a game, seeing what the future might hold...
But how I'd translate those abilities in an RP, I don't know.
If I were to give Luxord Final Fantasy style spells, he'd have Doom, Haste, Slow, and Stop, at the very least.
